About TankBids
TankBids is operated by Velqora Ventures LLC and brings adult U.S. aquarium hobbyists, sellers and manufacturers together. It provides discovery, listing, auction, communication and reputation tools. Contact support@TankBids.com about the platform. Public member registration is open. Seller applications, ID collection, listing publication and trading remain closed while their operational controls are qualified.
Direct transactions
Purchase agreements and payments are between buyer and seller. TankBids does not collect or hold purchase funds, process cards, transfer proceeds, provide escrow or offer a TankBids purchase-protection program. Participant payment and shipping reports are not independently verified by TankBids. An external payment provider has its own eligibility rules, protections and deadlines.
Member responsibilities
Members must be at least 18, provide accurate information, control their verified email, protect sign-in links and avoid unauthorized accounts. Sellers are responsible for descriptions, content rights, lawful products, permits and fulfillment. Buyers must review the complete listing and honor valid commitments, subject to applicable law.
Platform moderation
We may restrict accounts, hold listings and review reports under published standards. Users may ask support to review a decision. Identity review and feedback help communicate information but do not guarantee honesty, animal health, authenticity, legality, payment or delivery. TankBids can moderate platform conduct but cannot issue a refund for funds it never received.
Content and rights
Do not submit fraud, manipulated bids, stolen media, fake reviews, harassment, threats, private information about others, malicious links or unlawful products. You retain your content rights and allow TankBids to host, display and moderate content as needed to operate the service. Separate permissions may be needed for unrelated promotional use.
Applicable rights
These terms do not exclude nonwaivable legal rights or responsibilities. Describing TankBids as a connection platform does not automatically eliminate all duties of operating a marketplace. No governing-law, arbitration or universal-liability-waiver provision is asserted here. Material changes will be dated and applicable acceptance recorded before transactional features open.
