TankLooking for an AquaBid alternative?
TankBids is a new, independent aquarium marketplace designed around modern mobile browsing, clear listing terms and reputation tied to marketplace transactions.
A modern aquarium-marketplace option
People searching for AquaBid—sometimes typed as AquaBids or AquaBids.com—are usually looking for specialized fish, shrimp, aquatic plants, eggs, food or equipment from aquarium sellers. TankBids is being built to serve that same broad discovery need with a different interface and operating model.
TankBids emphasizes large listing photos, mobile-friendly categories, auctions and fixed-price listings, seller profiles, fish-icon ratings and clearly separated manufacturer advertising.
Important differences
TankBids does not process purchase funds, provide escrow or offer purchase protection. Buyers and sellers arrange payment directly. Feedback eligibility is tied to a recorded marketplace commitment, while external payment and delivery claims remain participant-reported.
Seller identity review, when enabled, is a limited manual comparison of submitted information and an ID image. It is not a guarantee of authenticity, animal health or fulfillment. Submitted ID images are scheduled for prompt deletion after a final review decision.
Compare the listing—not only the platform
Whichever aquarium marketplace you use, evaluate the individual seller, exact photo declaration, species details, shipping window, arrival policy and destination legality. Preserve the listing and payment records until the transaction is complete.
Common questions
Is TankBids affiliated with AquaBid?
No. TankBids and Velqora Ventures LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by AquaBid. AquaBid is referenced only to help shoppers compare marketplace options.
Is TankBids open for public trading?
Not yet. Public member registration is open while seller review, listing publication and trading controls continue qualification.
